ASSAVA is a specialty coffee roastery with a singular focus — celebrating India's finest coffee-growing regions. Every bean we source tells the story of the land it comes from, the hands that nurtured it, and the altitude that shaped it.
Rooted in the Eastern Ghats and dedicated to nano & micro-lot procurement, ASSAVA brings forward flavour profiles that are distinctly Indian — rich, complex, and deeply terroir-driven.
From farm-to-cup transparency to precision roasting, we craft each batch to honour the extraordinary diversity of Indian coffee heritage.
What We Stand For
We work directly with smallholder farms in India's premier coffee belts, ensuring every origin story is authentic, traceable, and honoured at every step.
Each lot receives a bespoke roast profile developed to highlight its natural character — whether fruity, floral, spiced, or chocolatey. No two origins taste the same.
Through barista training programmes, industry events, and academic partnerships, ASSAVA champions specialty coffee culture across Eastern India.
